This was originally a dress that I hemmed right up to the waist line to create a cute hemline for a top. It's so wearable with any 90s and 80s outfits especially cut off denim shorts. The lining and the cuff and collar nice touches of detail. Perfect on a Lux Lisbon day. Estimate size 10/12 UK
