Such a darling 1940's tea dress. The frill collar, subtly glittery buttons and micro ditzy pattern make this such a sweet number to sip afternoon tea with, visit the farmers market or order huge ice cream sundaes in by the pier.
I have hemmed this dress to accentuate the 1940's feel (it may be handmade) by shortening the hemline.
